Overview of Partnership Strategy

BC Bioenergy Network is developing a number of strategic (“partner”) relationships with key stakeholders in the emerging bioenergy industry through, in many cases, formal memorandums of understanding (MOU) or contribution agreements.

By virtue of our constituting bylaws, we have, through constitution of our Board, formal relationships with Council of Forest Industries (COFI), the BC Technology Industry Association (BCTIA), the BC Agriculture Council (BCAC), and the BC University Presidents’ Council. We view the Government of British Columbia as the founding partner for our organization and we intend to work in a collaborative relationship for mutual success in the province.
